I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, right near the Roman Theatre, the service left much to be desired. The room was small and not what I expected, but I appreciated the efforts of the staff to resolve the issues, despite them being overwhelmed. Overall, it's a decent place for one night if you're just passing through, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and did not have a window, which was quite disappointing. I was promised a double room and a view, but it didn't meet those expectations.
Service
5.0
While some staff were apologetic, others were defensive and unprofessional when we raised issues. It felt like they weren't equipped to handle problems effectively.
Location

The hotel is in a prime location, just across from the Roman Theatre and within walking distance to many attractions.
Dining

I was promised coffee and cake due to an early departure, but it wasn't delivered as promised, which was disappointing.

Wi-Fi was unreliable, which was frustrating, especially given that it was important for travel planning.

5.0/10

My stay at this hotel left a lot to be desired. While the view of the city center is lovely and the lobby looks nice, the experience fell flat in many areas. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, making it frustrating to stay connected. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the breakfast portions were too small. The staff seemed helpful at first but gave misleading information regarding taxi services and charges, which was quite disappointing.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were uncomfortable and felt outdated. The beds were hard as rocks, and the sheets looked old and worn. Not ideal for a good night's sleep.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be inconsistent. While some staff were friendly, there were several issues with communication and misleading information about taxi charges.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located with a beautiful view of the city center, but I struggled to find it initially because of the obscure entrance.
Dining

Breakfast was included but the portions were quite small, leaving me wanting more.
Facilities

Facilities were lacking. The Wi-Fi was barely usable, and the overall maintenance seemed poor.

5.4/10

My stay at Zaman Ya Zaman Boutique Hotel had its ups and downs. While the hotel had an interesting ambiance and an excellent location right across from the Roman Amphitheatre, I faced some serious issues during my visit. The rude service I encountered and the poor facilities really took away from the experience. Despite the charming atmosphere, the lack of basic amenities and issues with the staff's behavior were quite disappointing.

Rooms
5.0
The room was okay size-wise, but I found the lack of soundproofing and some odd bathroom arrangements quite awkward.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service at this hotel was quite disappointing. I experienced rudeness from staff and felt they were very calculative with additional charges.

I enjoyed the breakfast options, which offered a decent variety, but the dining area felt cramped during busy hours.
Facilities

The hotel had a quirky charm but suffered from poor facilities including unstable electricity and no lift, which made carrying luggage a hassle.

5.6/10

The hotel has a lovely view of the city center and is conveniently located near major attractions, which were highlights of my stay. However, the Wi-Fi was nearly non-existent, and the beds were very uncomfortable. While breakfast was filling, the portions could have been larger. Overall, it felt like the positives couldn't quite outweigh the negatives.

Rooms

Service
5.0

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Roman ruins and right in the heart of downtown, but be prepared for the city noise at night.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was made fresh and quite filling, but I wish the portions were larger.
Facilities
5.0
While the facilities were decent, the lack of reliable Wi-Fi was a significant drawback.

5.2/10

My stay at the hotel was quite frustrating, primarily due to the lack of communication and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While the location is fantastic right across from the Roman Amphitheatre, the experience was marred by issues during check-in and poor Wi-Fi. On the flip side, the quirky atmosphere and breakfast options were enjoyable, but I wouldn't say it felt like a good value given the overall service.
